Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with EverGrow Indoor.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

To provide the best selection of products, some items may ship from different warehouse locations.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

EverGrow Indoor is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.

For stolen packages, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@evergrowindoor.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
